Fodder figure's
These small figures have been made by children during a Todd Israel workshop. Fodder fibre is used for the foundation and then it is dressed/ decorated using recycled materials to become a puppet.
they remind me of dolls i used to make with small children years ago...we called them 'secretkeepers' and we would use favourite precious scraps in the making, along with the odd found object, usually collected on a walk taken prior to settling down with twigs and things. funny how a few sticks and a scrap or two can so quickly grow a personality! india
